I was fortunate enough to move to Destin in 1990 before it became what it is today. I actually rented pontoon boats to tourists for 20 years and loved every minute of it until 2008. Since then Destin has become an over croweded, greed driven tourist hell hole. If you love way over priced everything, waiting for 2 hours to get a dinner table, fighting hours of traffic just to get across town, you will fit right in. As for me, I got the hell out of there.

So this was me piloting the heli. Stay below 400 feet is fine but you were in the Delta airspace of Destin. Legally you should get permission from their tower.
Mavic Bo I didn’t see it at all, neither did the other pilot that was with me
@@BoReynolds so I got grounded by Hames Stubblefield aka air traffic manager Destin. Destin and crab Island are Delta and are definitely no fly according to him. 107 is minimum flight requirement with a request only attitude. They try to play civil but when he's having a bad day no civilian is above the law.
